HUNTINGTON VALLEY, Pa. – The Penn State Berks cross country teams competed at Penn State Abington on Saturday. The Berks men finished third, and the women's team finished 10^th.

On the men's side in the 8k, Berks finished third behind Stockton and Holy Family and well ahead of Kean for third place. Trent Jordan led the way for Berks, finishing 12^th in 29:43. Ben Carman was just behind in 14^th place in 30:15.

Nathaniel Leano finished in 23^rd, Simon Rickert was in 39^th and Christian Corona in 76^th rounded out the top-five for the men.

On the women's side in the 6k, Berks finished in 10^th place. Naomi Fay led the way with a 20^th place finish in a time of 29:15. Heather Hoffman was in 57^th, and Natalya Rivera came in 68^th place. Abby Pfander and Liberty Stitzman came in back-to-back places in 84^th and 85^th places to complete the women's top-five.

The cross country teams return to action at DeSales on October 12.
