Lock Haven, PA - The Penn St. Berks Men's & Women's Cross Country concluded their seasons by taking part in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship Meet on Saturday, Nov. 16.

The men's team was once again led by Trent Jordan. Jordan continued to show his speed, posting a time of 27:03.5, the fourth fastest time in program history. Nathaniel Leano and Ben Carman each had strong performances, completing the 8K course in under 30 minutes.

The Lions only had two runners compete in the women's 6K race, but both runners posted personal best times. Naomi Fay completed the course in a time of 26:05.5 and Heather Hoffman recorded a time of 28:48.0.
