O'Donnell named United East Runner of the Week

LATHAM, N.Y. - Patrick O'Donnell was honored for his strong performance over the weekend by being named the United East Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday morning.

This is the second time in his career that O'Donnell received the weekly conference award.

He garnered the honor this time around after leading the Nittany Lions to a 15th place finish at the DeSales University Invitational. The junior finished 42nd out of 251 runners after crossing the finish line at 27:33.4 on the 8K course.

O'Donnell and the Nittany Lions will compete in the Jack St. Clair College Invitational on Saturday, October 15.
