Men's tennis drops season opener to Albright

Box Score READING, PA (October 1, 2014) - The Penn State Berks men's tennis team fell in its season opener, 7-2, to Albright College in a non-conference contest on Wednesday afternoon. (Boxscore)

Jerrad Seifrit and John Zimmerman denied Albright a sweep in doubles play by picking up an 8-1 victory over Thomas Werner and Terrence Good in the third flight. Will Byler, making his collegiate debut, picked up a 6-0, 6-2 victory at third singles.

The Nittany Lions continue its fall portion of the schedule with an away contest at Cabrini College on Saturday, October 4 at 10 a.m.
