Men's tennis falls to West Chester in fall finale

Box Score WEST CHESTER, PA - The Penn State Berks men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to West Chester University in the Nittany Lions fall finale on Friday afternoon.

Berks completes the first half of the season with a 1-3 record, while the Division II Golden Rams improve to 2-1 on the year.

WCU won the doubles matches, which counted as just one point toward the team score.

In singles action, Curtis Uhle put up a fight in the No. 2 spot, but was edged 7-5, 7-6 by Adam Courtemanche. Nicholas Weber battled in his third singles flight, but was topped 6-2, 6-3 by Chris Succi.

The Nittany Lions will return to action with their annual Spring Break Trip to Orlando, Florida in March.
