Men's tennis falls in regular season finale to Abington

Box Score ABINGTON, PA (April 20, 2013) - The Penn State Berks men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Penn State Abington in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) West Division regular-season finale on Saturday afternoon. (Boxscore)

With the win, Abington edges out the Nittany Lions (7-5, 3-2 NAC West) for the final spot in the conference tournament.

The only win of the day for Berks came from Drew Weinhold in the No. 1 singles spot. He won 6-4 in the first set, before falling 2-6 in the second. In the decisive third set, Weinhold pulled out the match with a 7-5 triumph.
