Women's tennis drop road match to Alvernia

Box Score READING, PA (September 21, 2012) - The Penn State Berks women's tennis team fell in a non-conference match, 7-2, at Alvernia University on Friday afternoon. (Boxscore)

The Nittany Lions (1-1) earned a win from the No. 3 doubles team of Liz Martinez and Gloria Kim by a score of 8-6.

Kristina Hatter was the other Berks winner, taking her No. 5 singles 6-3, 6-1. At No. 2 singles, Arion Harris dropped a tough battle by a score of 8-5.

The Nittany Lions will return to action on Wednesday, September 26 against Cedar Crest College.
