Lebanon, Pa. – Peyton Moyer continued his hot start to the season, winning the LVC Spring Invitational hosted by Lebanon Valley College at Lebanon Country Club on Monday, March 30. As a team, the Nittany Lions finished eighth out of 15 teams.
Moyer had another excellent day on the course, shooting a 75 (+3) on the par-72, 6,562-yard layout. He excelled on the back nine, posting the lowest score over the final nine holes to secure the tiebreaker over Max Pflieger and Jake Shmonov from Millersville, who also carded rounds of 75.
The Nittany Lions' next finisher was Rob Pasuarella, who shot an 84 (+12) to place 37th overall. Thomas Clark and Brock DeJesus tied for 50th, each recording an 88 (+16). Berks' final scorer was Michael Vind, who finished with a 92 (+20).

Berks returns to action later this week at the Elizabethtown Spring Invitational, hosted by Elizabethtown College at Hershey Country Club on Thursday, April 2.
