CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Penn State Berks men's soccer team fell to DeSales, 1-0, on Saturday afternoon. DeSales finally broke the stalemate in the 60th minute on a goal by Liam McDonald.
Neither team generated a ton of offense, as DeSales outshot Berks, 7-3, and held a corner kick advantage of 8-3.
Jake Fought, Sebastian Restrepo and Darius Rabizadeh each had a shot for Berks. Rabizadeh's was the team's lone shot on goal.
Josh Martin made two saves in goal for the Nittany Lions.
Berks returns to action on Sept. 23 with a home match against Marymount.
