WBB falls to Harrisburg on the road

MIDDLETOWN, PA - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team dropped its United East contest, 107-58, to Penn State Harrisburg on Saturday afternoon.

Ashlyn Clark turned in a solid all-around performance to lead the Nittany Lions. The junior guard notched her first double-double after recording a season-high 21 points and 12 rebounds to go along with three assists, three steals, and two blocked shots. Hailey Miller chipped in 12 points, five boards, four assists, and two steals, while Liberty Stitzman finished with 10 points and four rebounds. Mahala Ruffner recorded eight points, 12 board and three steals.

Giahny Correa led Harrisburg with 30 points and eight steals, while Malorie Eslick added 25 points and Jayla Galbreath had 20.

Berks will host Cedar Crest College in non-conference action on Monday, January 8 at 6 p.m.
