Nittany Lions falls to Cabrini in non-conference action

READING, PA - The Penn State Berks men's basketball team suffered a 93-76 setback to Cabrini University in non-conference action on Monday night.

The Nittany Lions (2-8) led 48-42 at halftime, but the Cavaliers (2-6) were able to flip the script in the second half by outscoring Berks by a 51-28 margin.

Andre Ballard led the Nittany Lions with 19 points to go along with five rebounds and two assists. Kai Davis notched a double-double after recording a career-best 17 points and 10 boards, while Marquis Ferreira finished with 11 points and three rebounds. Josh Mingledolph chipped in eight points and four steals, Darik Tannis-Harriet dished out a team-high four assists and grabbed six rebounds.

Donoven Mack led the Cavaliers with 23 points, followed by Isaac Brady with 17 and Keenan Reiss with 14.

The Nittany Lions will wrap up the fall portion of their schedule with a trip to McDaniel College on Friday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m.
