Women's soccer shuts out Wells on the road

AURORA, N.Y. - The Penn State Berks women's soccer team defeated Wells College, 11-0, in an United East contest on Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions improve to 6-2 on the year and 2-0 in the United East, while the Express drop to 1-5-1 overall and 1-2 in the conference.

Diana Pon and Jeyda Duran both scored three goals, while Adriana Lepera netted a pair of scores. Sara Hathaway, Emily Clapper, and Faith Wavershak all found the back of the net. Clapper recorded a pair of assists, while Lepera, Hathaway, and Pon all had an assist.

The Nittany Lions will host Arcadia University in a non-conference contest on Wednesday, September 28 at 4:30 p.m.
