Volleyball drops road tilt with Arcadia

GLENSIDE, PA - The Penn State Berks women's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision on the road to Arcadia University in non-conference action on Thursday night.

The Knights took the first two games by scores of 25-18 and 25-22, before Berks stayed alive with a 25-23 triumph in the third. Arcadia claimed the victory after winning 25-15 in the fourth set.

Aubrey Hunt finished with a game-high 15 kills, followed by Cassie Shoupe with 13. Riley Kovach had a team-high 14 digs, followed by Hunt with 12 and Julia Rathsam with 10 to go along with her 39 assists.

The Nittany Lions will host an United East tri-match on Saturday, October 15. They will face Penn State Abington at 12 p.m., followed by Penn College at 4 p.m.
