Men's basketball drops season opener to Elizabethtown

ELIZABETHTOWN, PA - The Penn State Berks men's basketball team suffered an 102-64 setback to Elizabethtown College in a non-conference contest on Tuesday night.

Jeff Lorah knocked down five three-pointers and finished with a team-high 19 points. Xavian Rodriguez notched a double-double after recording 13 points and 10 rebounds to go with two assists, on blocked shot, and one steal. Jared Houck, Hassan Koroma, and Aaron Lane all chipped in six points, followed by Samuel Toso with five. Houck also added four assists and three steals.

Jalin Robinson led the Blue Jays with 21 points, followed by Rance Russo with 14 and Jadon Green with 11.

The Nittany Lions will host their home opener against Cairn University on Monday, November 15 at 7 p.m.
