MBB falls to Division II Kutztown

KUTZTOWN, PA - The Penn State Berks men's basketball team dropped  a 115-46 decision on the road to Division II Kutztown University in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions trailed 57-20 at halftime and were outscored 58-26 in the second half.

Grant Watson led the Nittany Lions with 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting and also pulled down a team-high six rebounds. Josh chipped in eight points, followed by Brody Bolyn with seven and Jared Houck with six. Houck dished out a team-best five assists, while Xavian Rodriguez and Samuel Toso each had two. Houck, Ladan Graves, and Ruiz all picked up four boards.

John Proctor led the Golden Bears with 15 points, while Wesley Butler and Robert Tucker both had 14. Tucker had a game-high nine rebounds, followed by Channick Nkoma and Proctor with six.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Penn State York on Tuesday, November 23 at 7 p.m.
