Women's volleyball topped by York on the road

YORK, PA - The Penn State Berks women's volleyball team fell 3-0 on the road to York College in a non-conference contest on Wednesday evening.

The Nittany Lions (5-12) were topped by scores of 25-11, 25-19, 25-19 by the Spartans (8-5).

Jenna Plitnick had a team-best six kills and three service aces, while Maddy Kessler followed with five kills, two aces, and two block assists. Abbie Carr and Megan Lackman both chipped in three kills. Madison Wojciechowski had 10 digs and MacKenzie Reed handed out 17 assists.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Lancaster Bible College for a NEAC contest on Friday, September 28 at 4 p.m.
