WBB topped on the road by Keuka

KEUKA PARK, N.Y. - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team fell on the road, 68-44, to Keuka College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest on Sunday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions drop to 4-10 overall and 4-8 in the conference, while the Wolves improve to 9-7 on the season and 6-5 in the NEAC.

Deanna Daddona poured in a contest-high 29 points with the help of an 11-for-15 showing from the free throw line. The sophomore guard, who recorded 10 or more made free throws for the third straight game, has made 101 for the season and is shooting 78.9% from the line. Daddona has raised her scoring average to 23.1 per game, which ranks as the third highest in the NEAC. Sam Brensinger tallied 11 points, while Sam Huggins pulled down a game-high 18 rebounds. ELISE PASKOWSKI added seven boards, followed by Mackenzie Huber with six.

Sam Laranjo and Katie Stuart led the Wolves with 13 points apiece, while Courtney Boyea chipped in nine.

The Nittany Lions will host Penn College in a NEAC contest on Wednesday, February 1 at 6 p.m.
