Women's tennis blanked by Alvernia

Box Score READING, PA (September 24, 2014) - The Penn State Berks women's tennis squad dropped a 9-0 decision to Alvernia University in a non-conference contest on Wednesday afternoon.

Alvernia jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead in the doubles matches and were able to pull out all six of the singles bouts.

The Nittany Lions will return to action when they host Rosemont College on Friday, September 26 at 3:30 pm.
