Nittany Lions fall in NEAC contest to Gallaudet



READING, PA (February 4, 2014) - The Penn State Berks were handed an 84-55 defeat to Gallaudet in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest on Tuesday evening at Beaver Community Center.

Shanelle Koch and CASSIDY SCHULTZ each recorded 12 points, while KHADIJAH ROBINSON chipped in 11. Amber Hess-Moore knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with nine points and KEISHA ROBINSON netted seven. KHADIJAH ROBINSON and KEISHA ROBINSON each had a team-high seven rebounds and Koch followed with six.

The Bison had five players reach double-figures, led by Lindsay Stergio's 24 points. Lane Peters notched a double-double with 14 points and a game-high 12 boards. Danielle Warren and Britny Latham both tallied 12, while Stephanie Weiss added 10.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Cazenovia College for a NEAC contest on Friday, February 7 at 7 p.m.
