Wilson College edges Nittany Lions on the road



CHAMBERSBURG, PA (January 25, 2014) - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team suffered a 62-58 setback on the road to Wilson College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest on Saturday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions were led by Shanelle Koch with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Keisha Robinson just missed out on a double-double as she recorded 11 points and nine steals. The senior guard also had three rebounds and three assists. Khadijah Robinson came off the bench for 12 pionts and seven boards, while Amber Hess-Moore added eight points. Kellie Wilson matched a career-high with 12 rebounds.

The Phoenix were led by Vanessa Whitfield's 32 points, 15 rebounds, and three blocks. Morgan Wonders added 18 points and 11 rebounds.

The Nittany Lions will host the College of Saint Elizabeth on Sunday, January 26 at 1 p.m.
