Women's basketball falls to Rutgers-Camden



LANCASTER, PA (November 17, 2013) - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team suffered a 67-50 setback to Rutgers-Camden in the consolation round of the Terry Green Tip-Off Tournament on Sunday afternoon at the Mayser Center of Franklin & Marshall College. (Boxscore)

The Nittany Lions had three players scoring in double figures, led by Kellie Wilson and Khadijah Robinson with 12 points each. Nichole Young-Trapp followed with 10 points. Robinson and Young-Trapp just missed out on double-doubles with nine rebouns a piece.

Shanelle Koch recorded six points, five rebounds, four steals, and three blocked shots. Wilson also chipped in three assists and three steals.

The Nittany Lions will host their home opener against Immaculata University on Wednesday, November 20 at 7 p.m. in Beaver Community Center.
