The Nittany Lions (11-2-1) scored all of their goals in the second half to improve to 8-0-1 in their last nine contests, while the Greyhounds overall record fell to 5-7.

Christine Miklas headed in the first goal of the match off of a corner kick by Taylor Blake at the 13:31 mark of the first half. Simone Stewart assisted on Lizzie Mummau's goal in the 53rd minute to even the match at 1-apiece. Moravian, however, answered right back with a goal by Melissa Pavia three and a half minutes later. The Nittany Lions again evened up the match when Jen Kessler assisted on Stewart's goal at the 68:04 mark.

With the game deadlocked at 2-2, Sarcinello sent a shot over the keeper's head and into the back of the net from outside the 18. The freshman midfielder, who was recently named the NEAC Offensive Player of the Week, recorded her team-high in goals to 13.

Savannah Cramer made one save in net for the Nittany Lions.

The Greyhounds outshot Berks by a 15-13 margin, but Nittany put 10 shots on goal and allowed only three. Moravian also held a 6-1 advantage on corner kicks.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Gallaudet University for a conference tilt on Saturday, October 12 at 1 p.m.
