Men's soccer shutout on the road by Goucher College

TOWSON, MD (September 25, 2012) - The Penn State Berks men's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision on the road to Goucher College in Tuesday afternoon's non-conference contest. (Boxscore)

The Nittany Lions were limited to just four total shots, while Goucher was able to record 31. Berks keeper John Murphy made six saves, while backups Trey Madara and Darrell Geisinger combined for three.

Parker Bay led the Gophers with one goal and two assists and Nate Margolis added one goal and assist. Scott Witte earned the shutout victory after making two saves.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Penn State Hazleton on Thursday, September 27 at 4 p.m.
