In the opener, Marymount earned the win by game scores of 25-17, 25-15, 25-21. Maria Pavone, who recorded 21 kills in two matches on Friday, continued her solid play with a team-leading nine kills. Kayla Mosser notched eight kills and Caitlin Scroger added seven. Sarah Winton had two of the teams five service aces. Sophomore libero Victoria Young had a team-high 23 digs.

The Nittany Lions displayed great defense and had a strong presence at the net in their loss to St. Mary's (25-21, 25-23, 25-18). Young again had the team lead in digs with 14, while Abby Musselman and Courtney Lucarelli each notched nine. Freshman Heleanna Davison had her best showing of the season with her three solo blocks and two block assists.
