KEUKA PARK, NY (September 12, 2010) – LOGAN LANGSETH scored his first goal of the season seven minutes and 38 seconds into Sunday afternoon's North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest, but it wasn't enough as Keuka College won 3-1.
Langseth took a pass from BRYAN FELLIN and beat goalkeeper Kyle Salo to give the Nittany Lions the early advantage. Salo kept the Storm (2-0, 1-0-1 NEAC) in the match by stopping all eight shots the rest of the day. Berks keeper Jonathan Martin was kept busy, making a season-high 11 saves.
Christian Sterner evened the contest at one with an unassisted goal at the 31:54 mark. Brian Cunliffe added what proved to be the game winner with a penalty kick goal.
The Storm held a 22-17 advantage in shots and 3-1 in corner kicks.
The men will enjoy an eight day rest before traveling to Rosemont for a 4 p.m. non-conference contest on Monday, September 20.
