CHITTENANGO, NY (October 10, 2010) – The Penn State Berks dropped a 1-0 setback to Cazenovia College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest on Sunday afternoon.
The lone came off a header by Vicki Dufort on a corner kick at the 39:24 mark of the first half.
Despite holding 28-15 advantage in shots, the Nittany Lions (6-6 overall, 5-2 NEAC) were unable to get any goals past the keeper.
Junior keeper CASSIDY DAWSON made seven saves in net for the Lions.
Berks return home for a nonconference contest against Immaculata on Wednesday, October 13 at 4 p.m.
