Toby Welk picked right back up where he left off in his rookie season last year. The sophomore third baseman went 10-for-21 (.476) at the plate over the past week. In that time, he recorded four doubles, one home run, six RBI, one run scored, and two walks. In a win over Dean College, Welk matched a career-high in hits after going 4-for-5 with two doubles, one home runs, three RBI, and a stolen base. For the season, Welk is batting .519 with nine RBI.
