Career: After four impressive years on the hardwood, Binder has established herself as one of the best players to come through the Penn State Berks basketball program. In a win over Wilson College on December 11, Binder became just the fourth member in program history to reach 1,000 career points. She went on to finish her career with 1,228 points, which is the second most all-time. She is the all-time leader in blocked shots (86) and free throws made (312). Binder’s 458 field goals made and 505 rebounds rank second in program history. Binder has started in 102 of the 103 contests she appeared in over the last four years. The Nittany Lions have won 57 games, an NEAC Championship and made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament during Binder’s career.

2010-11: Binder was the only member of the team to play in and start all 26 contests. The senior standout led the team in points (315), scoring average (12.1) and field goals made (122). She was second on the team 169 rebounds and 23 blocked shots. When being honored on Senior Day, Binder matched a career-high 26 points to help the Nittany Lions inch closer to a playoff spot. She scored in double figures in 17 games and notched four double-doubles.

2009-10: Binder’s junior year proved to be one of her strongest offensive seasons. She scored 363 points, while playing and starting in all 29 games. Her 12.5 points per game average was third on the team. Binder was second on the team in blocks (23) and field goal percentage (.382), while ranking fourth in assists (24) and steals (25). In a span of four games, Binder made 22 consecutive free throws.
