Carlos Scheirer enters his second season as an assistant coach of the women's basketball team in the 2015-16 season.

In his first season with Berks, the Nittany Lions finished 3-21 overall and were 3-17 in the conference. The team showed improvement in the second half of the season, when they averaged 4.9 more points per game than in the first half. They had one player named to the All-NEAC Second Team and one D3Hoops.com All-East Region Third Team.
