2010-11: Weldon provided much needed height when he joined the Nittany Lions for the second half of their season. The 6-foot-6 freshman averaged 20.3 minutes coming off the bench. He had 103 points for a scoring average of 6.9 per game. His 8.3 rebounds per game average was the highest on the team, while his 125 total rebounds were second most. He also finished second on the squad in blocked shots with 15. Weldon averaged 13.3 points and 13.5 rebounds per game over the final four contests. In a loss to Wells in February, Weldon set a single-game school record with his 22 boards.
