Career: Schmidt finished off a stellar career as one of the top players in program history. He is the all-time leading in rebounds with 539 and ranks second in assists (249), blocked shots (121), and games started (75). Schmidt’s 688 points scored and 150 free throws made both rank fourth at Berks, while his 249 field goals made ranks fifth. He is third all-time in steals (89), games played (86), and minutes played (2379).

2012-13: Was one of three players to start in and play all 25 games…earned a spot on the All-NEAC Second Team for the second straight year…enjoyed one of the finest seasons of his career, establishing highs in points scored (261), scoring average (10.4), assists (111), blocks (49), and steals (36)…the 111 assists are a single-season school record, shattering the previous high of 96…was second on the team in minutes per game (31.1), field goals made (99), field goal percentage (54.1), rebounds (169), and rebounds per game (6.8)…reached double figures in scoring 16 times, including a season-high 19 against Lancaster Bible College on Senior Day…had four double-doubles…his 49 blocked shots were the fourth most in a season, while his 169 rebounds were seventh most.

2011-12: Only player on the team to start and play in all 25 contests…tied a single-season school record with his team leading 198 rebounds, while his 88 assists were second most in a season…in addition to leading the team in boards and assists, he led in free throws made (50) and blocked shots (36)…averaged 9.7 points and 7.9 rebounds per game…shot 46.4% from the floor on 91-for-196 shooting…recorded a team-high seven double-doubles…scored 10 or more points in 14 games, including a career-high 21 against Keuka College.

2009-10: Started in 25 of the 26 contests that he played in as a sophomore…only player to appear in all 26 of the teams contests…scored 164 points for a 6.3 scoring average…third on the team with 133 rebounds…recorded 42 assists, 22 steals and 20 blocked shots.

2008-09: Came off the bench to appear in 10 games as a freshman…scored 20 points for an average of 2.0 points per game…recorded 39 rebounds, 16 blocked shots, eight assists and three steals.
