2010-11: Pufnock made an immediate impact for the Nittany Lions, starting in 22 of the 24 contests she played in. The freshman guard was fourth on the team in scoring with 192 points (8.0 ppg). She shot 33.3 % (29-for-102) from the floor and was 39-of-55 at the foul line. Pufnock led the team in 3-point field goal percentage (28.4) and was second with 29 3-pointers made. She scored 10 or more points in seven contests and had a season-high 21 in a win Cazenovia in January. Pufnock also recorded 58 rebounds, 46 assists and 45 steals.
