Career: After three seasons with the Nittany Lions, Koenig ranks among the top pitchers in program history. He ranks sixth in games started (18), seventh in batting average against (.297), seventh in innings pitched (117.0), seventh in complete games (3), ninth in ERA (5.08), ninth in wins (5), and ninth in appearances (24). He is fired the sixth complete-game, shutout in program history during an 8-0 win over Cazenovia College on April 13, 2013.

2014: Started and appeared in eight games on the mound for the Nittany Lions...his eight games started were the most on the team...was 2-1 with a 5.23 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 43.0 innings of work...allowed three runs or fewer in five of his starts...picked off a runner in a win over Cazenovia College.

2013: Emerged as one of the top pitchers on the Nittany Lions staff in his sophomore season…pitched in nine contests and made eight starts on the mound…led the team in ERA (3.69), shutouts (1), innings pitched (53.2), and strikeouts (17)…tied for the team lead with three wins…threw the fifth complete-game, shutout in program history during the Nittany Lions 8-0 win over Cazenovia College…pitched a career-high 8.2 innings to lead Berks to a win over Gallaudet in the first round of the conference tournament…allowed three runs or fewer in his final four starts of the season.

2012: Started in three of the eight games that he appeared in…as a pitcher, made seven appearances and two starts...recorded five strikeouts in 20.1 innings pitched…batted .200 (3-for-15) with an RBI and a run scored…recorded six putouts, 12 assists and had a 1.000 fielding percentage.
