Latham, NY- The United East Conference announced its weekly award winners on Tuesday, September 16, with Penn State Berks'Peyton Moyer earning his first Golfer of the Week Award.

Last season's United East Rookie of the Year has come out swinging in the new year, earning the first weekly accolades of 2025-26. Moyer opened up the season on Sunday at the Ursinus Invitational where he shot a 71 (+1) in the opening round. His score put him in second in a field of 45 golfers. One day later, he chalked a 73 (+3) which gave him a +4 on the tournament. This score would be good enough to hold down second place overall.

The Men's Golf team will next take part in the Albright Northampton Cup on Tuesday, September 23.
