CARLISLE, Pa.- The  Penn State Berks Women's Volleyball team fell in straight sets (25-17, 25-11, 25-14) to Dickinson College in thier road matchup on Thursday, September 11.

The Nittany Lions got off to a strong start in the opening set, establishing an early lead with Cornelia Hathcoat delivering three decisive kills aided by Libby Swoyer's precise assists, pushing the score to 9-4. Despite Dickinson's mid-set comeback, Berks held the advantage until a 10-3 run by Dickinson, highlighted by Eliette Whittaker's service aces, shifted momentum. The second set began with the Lions capitalizing on an early attack error by Dickinson's Norah Oppenheim to take a brief lead. Despite a few service errors from the Red Devils that gave Berks opportunities to close the gap, a late surge propelled by a Kathryn Arcara's service ace sealed the set for the Red Devils, concluding with a decisive 25-11 score.

The third set began with Dickinson taking an early lead, propelled by a service ace from Kylie Schner and a series of kills from Iona Nelson. Berks responded with a kill from Ella Griffiths, narrowing the score to 6-2, but Dickinson maintained their momentum. Despite Swoyer's key assists, including one to Madelyn Caris for a crucial kill, the set concluded with Dickinson securing a 25-14 victory, as the Nittany Lions struggled against a series of blocks and attack errors.
