Nittany Lions fall to La Roche

MYRTLE BEACH, SC - The Penn State Berks baseball team was handed a 10-1 setback to La Roche University on Monday morning at the Ripken Experience.

The highlight of the game was a solo home run by Chad Evans, his first of the season, in the seventh inning. Jake Dianna struck out two batters in 2.0 innings of scoreless relief, while Joey McGann had a pair of strikeouts in 4.1 innings of relief.

Berks will face Catholic University of America on Tuesday, March 7 at 12:30 p.m.
