WBB falls on the road to Wells

AURORA, N.Y. - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team suffered a 54-38 setback on the road to Wells College in an United East contest on Friday evening.

Sam Hagenbush drained four 3-pointers and finished with a team-high and career-best 15 points. Marissa Pyatt also enjoyed a season-best performance with 11 points and four steals. Abby Ackley added seven points and six rebounds, while Katie Davis had a team-high and personal-best 15 boards. Maddie Motze added three points, seven rebounds, three assists, and three steals.

Lydia Thomas led the Express with 18 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists, while Morgan Adams had 15 points and six boards.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Penn College for an United East game on Tuesday, January 25 at 7 p.m.
