Women's basketball downed by Lancaster Bible



READING, PA (January 11, 2014) - The Penn State Berks women's basketball team were defeated 71-45 by Lancaster Bible College in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) contest on Saturday afternoon at Beaver Community Center.

Amber Hess-Moore made a career-high four 3-pointers to lead the Nittany Lions in scoring. Shanelle Koch followed with 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting from the field. Keisha Robinson recorded four four assists and a team-high six rebounds.

The Chargers were led by Katy Stover's contest-high 22 points. Shanice Smith tallied 14 points and 12 rebounds, while Aubrey Folger picked up 12 points and 14 boards.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Albright College for a non-conference contest on Monday, January 13 at 7 p.m.
