Men's soccer blanked by Wesley in season finale

DOVER, DE (October 22, 2013) - The Penn State Berks men's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision to Wesley College in the season finale on Tuesday afternoon at Scott D. Miller Stadium. (Boxscore)

The Nittany Lions trailed 4-0 at halftime, but were able to hold the Wolverines to just one second half goal.

Darrell Geisinger finished the contest with 11 saves, which was one of his season-high. The sophomore goalkeeper finishes the year with 115 saves, which is the second most in a single season at Berks. Geisinger save total currently leads the conference by eight over Andrew Schultz of Cazenovia College.

Jose Ceballo had a scoring chance late in the first half, but goalkeeper Ryan Sanders made the save.

The Nittany Lions finish the 2013 season with an overall record of 3-15 and were 1-7 in conference contests.
