The No. 1 seed Chargers (18-1) did not waste any time getting on the scoreboard. Whitney Heise scored the first of her three goals just 4 minutes, 12 seconds into the match. She tacked on another in the 27th minute and Ally Brown scored just before half to give Lancaster Bible a 3-0 advantage.

Lyndsay Naughton, who was a NEAC first team selection, was unable sneak either of her two shots past the Chargers keeper. Alexa Shumate also had two shots on goal and Chelsea Ray added one, but Emily Lloyd was able to make the stop each time.

Freshman keeper Savannah Cramer finished the contest with nine saves, to run her season total up to 85. Cramer, an All-NEAC second team selection, finished her first season in the blue-and-white with a 1.43 goals against average and seven shutouts.
