Troy Salerno turned in a solid week to help the Nittany Lions go 3-1 in NEAC play this past weekend. The senior second baseman batted .545 (6-for-11) with a double, eight RBI, and four runs scored. Salerno drove in three runs with a bases clearing double to extend Berks' lead late in a 6-1 win over Gallaudet University. The three RBI matched a career-high at the time, but Salerno was able to top that and establish a new personal best with four RBI in a victory over Penn College on Sunday afternoon.
