Nick Zipay played a vital role in leading the Nittany Lions to their first winning record during the spring break trip in program history. The sophomore catcher recorded multi-hit games in five of the six games that he played in. Zipay finished the week with a .435 batting average and recorded two doubles, six RBI and nine runs scored. In addition, Zipay stole three bases and drew three walks.
