However, it was his monster game on Saturday against Stevenson University that was the highlight from this past week. The Nittany Lions fell to Stevenson, 84-82, but Major's sharp shooting throughout the contest kept Berks in the hunt all day. Major poured in a career-high 38 points, which ranks as the second most points scored in a single game in program history. He went 12-of-24 from the floor and matched his personal best in 3-pointers made after connecting on 5-of-12 from beyond the arc. The senior guard finished 9-for-13 at the free throw line. Major knocked down a pair of clutch 3-pointers in the final 45 seconds, the second 3-pointer cut the Mustangs lead to 81-78 with nine seconds left in the game.
