Seth Goodyear is entering his second year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information & Compliance at Penn State Berks.
Goodyear oversees all aspects of the sports information office including the university's athletic website and the athletic social media pages. In addition, he leads he strategic direction for the campus's compliance office pertaining to all matter related to NCAA, United East and institutional policies, procedures and rules.
Before joining the Penn State Berks Athletic Department, Goodyear served as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Athletic Communications at Notre Dame of Maryland University from November 2022 to October 2024. Goodyear oversaw 13 athletic teams at NDMU and served as an assistant softball coach. Goodyear has had experience at several schools in the United East Conference, working as the Athletic Communications Director at Lancaster Bible College from August 2021 to June 2022. Prior to his time at Lancaster Bible, Goodyear worked as the Sports Information Director at Franciscan University and the Assistant Sports Information Director at Penn State Harrisburg.
Goodyear earned his Bachelors in Communications from Penn State Harrisburg in 2012.
