Career: Hitz finished off her spectacular four-year career as the top player in program history. She was the NEAC Player of the Year in her sophomore and senior seasons. Hitz holds the school record for career singles wins (39) and career combined wins (70), while her 31 doubles wins are the second most. In the four seasons, Hitz has an overall record of 70-63.

2013-14: Hitz went 12-5 in singles and 9-9 in doubles during her senior year. She won her final nine singles matches en route to earning NEAC Player of the Year honors. She won the No. 1 singles tournament and No. 1 doubles tournament to earn a spot on the All-NEAC First Team in each category. Hitz and Nandita Munindra won five of their final six matches of the season.

2012-13: Hitz finished her junior year with an 11-6 record at No. 1 singles and 10-7 at No. 1 doubles. She finished second in the No. 1 singles tournament, which earned her a spot on the All-NEAC Second Team. Hitz and Elizabeth Kehm were All-NEAC Second Team honorees after finishing runner-up in the No. 1 doubles tournament.

2011-12: Hitz earned the NEAC Player of the Year honors after winning the No. 1 singles tournament. She finished the season with an 8-7 record in singles, all at the top spot. Hitz avenged her regular conference losses, defeating Wells College top player in the team championship match. She then defeated the top player from Penn State Harrisburg to earn the top player honors. In doubles, all of her matches were played in the top spot, playing primarily alongside of Arion Harris. Hitz finished with a 5-12 record in doubles.

2010-11: Hitz combined to win 15 matches while playing out of the No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles position the entire year. She went 8-8 in singles action and finished in the third place at the NEAC Championship. In doubles play, Hitz went 7-9 while playing alongside Amanda Fuller for every match but two.

Career goal after graduation: To be admitted into a grad school program & obtain a doctorate in physical therapy
