Women's tennis falls on the road to Albright

READING, PA - The Penn State Berks women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 setback on the road to nearby Albright College in a non-conference contest on Tuesday afternoon.

Sam Hagenbush and Madyson Sanzotta fell 8-2 at No. 3 doubles, while Madison Hetrick and Cassie Shoupe were topped 8-1 at the No. 1 spot. The No. 2 duo of Bailey Rocker and Mary King were edged 8-4.

In singles action, Aaliss Osidele battled hard, but was topped 6-3, 6-4 by Angelina Gaglio in the fourth spot in the lineup. Hagenbush also put up a fight, falling 6-2, 7-5 at sixth singles, while Rocker was edged 6-1, 6-3 at the fifth flight.

The Nittany Lions will travel to Muhlenberg College for a non-conference contest on Friday, March 25 at 3:30 p.m.
