Jeff Schmidt played a vital role in the Nittany Lions 92-91 victory over Penn State Hazleton in their only contest last week. The senior forward tied for the team-high with 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting from the floor. Schmidt finished just shy of a triple-double as he recorded nine rebounds and eight assists. He also tallied three blocked shots and two steals.
