Senior Matt Emrick pitched the first complete-game, shutout of his career in the Nittany Lions 12-0 victory over Penn State Harrisburg. He allowed only three hits, while facing only 26 batters over the course of seven innings. Emrick recorded a season-high three strikeouts and picked up his first win of the season. He lowered his ERA from 7.71 to 3.86 with his solid performance.
