Andre Ballard had a strong showing as he helped the Nittany Lions win their United East opener. The junior guard scored 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the floor. He also had eight rebounds, one steal and one blocked shot. His blocked shot on a layup with 13 seconds remaining helped secure the Nittany Lions one-point victory over the Express.
