Ben Berkel got off to a strong start in the 2022 season with two scoreless appearances last week. The senior right-hander allowed two hits and no runs, while striking out six batters in 7.0 innings to earn the win over the University of Pitt.-Greensburg. He closed out the game with a strikeout in one scoreless inning in a win over Dean College in the final game of the spring trip.
